Description

The proceedings are part of the ongoing ‘Supply of tools and workshop supplies’ procedure. The subject of the contract is the supply of new (unused) tools and workshop items for the needs of the 31st Tactical Aviation Base and units on supply. The contracting authority shall cancel the procurement procedure if the funds from the budget which the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been allocated to it.4The contracting authority shall not limit the number of tasks in which the Contractor may submit a tender, but tenders for individual tasks shall be complete. A detailed description and the scope of the subject of the contract are included in Annex 1A to the SWZ (price form), in which the required minimum quality parameters of the products were included. The tender must be submitted in electronic form, failing which it will be null and void. The tender under pain of invalidity should be drawn up in Polish in electronic form, signed with a qualified electronic signature (within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market and repealing Directive 1999/93/EC) by a person/persons authorised to represent the Contractor in business transactions, in accordance with the registration act and statutory requirements or by a statutory representative. The Contractor shall be bound by the deadline for submitting the tender by 14 November 2026.
