Description

Number of days until which clarifications/additional information may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders: 15 days.
The contracting authority will reply clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 10th day before the deadline set for submitting tenders in SEAP.
The object of the procurement is the transport of employees to the workplace and return for the Mina Paroseni and Mina Uricani branches by means of regular transport journeys, in accordance with the transport schedules. The paid transport programme shall be carried out for 24 hours/day of work and, on non-working days, scheduled journeys according to work orders from mining branches are also provided for 24 hours/day.
The description and operation of the paid transport services are contained in the tender specifications. No split tenders, which do not offer all the services requested in the tender specifications, will be considered non-compliant and will be rejected.
The estimated minimum value of the interval is the estimated value of the initial contract, with a duration of completion of up to 31.12.2018, depending on which tenders will be drawn up and evaluated. The maximum value of the range is the estimated global value, including the value of the additional quantities of services contracted under the terms of the extension of the contract for the first 4 months of 2019. The increase in the quantities of services contracted shall be subject to the existence of the financial resources allocated to this destination.
The amount of the participation guarantee as well as the levels required for the qualification requirements will relate to the minimum estimated value of the range up to 31.12.2018 (which does not contain any additional details).
Tenders which exceed the minimum estimated value of the range are considered unacceptable and will be rejected.
