Description

The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. The services are paid for by unit prices. The Syvadec builds and develops mini recyclers allowing rural territories to have local sites for the management of the contributions of individuals and communities. Some sites are finalized or in the process of being finalized and others will be completed by the end of 2025. 12 mini rural recycling plants are planned by the end of 2026
