Description

Binnen de gewenste situatie wordt het ‘systeemdenken’ voortgezet en wordt hierin de volgende stap gezet naar een samenwerking waarbij de leveranciers, naast (door)ontwikkeling en beheer, KRO-NCRV ook voorzien van advies. KRO-NCRV wenst te worden geadviseerd over het zo efficiënt mogelijk inrichten van development-werkzaamheden met als doel websites zo snel mogelijk en kostenbesparend (door) te ontwikkelen en te beheren.
Het doel van de aanbesteding is het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met twee (2) partijen voor het beheer, het onderhoud en de (door)ontwikkeling van onderstaande internetsites (Drupal Open Source CMS). Daarbij is het van belang dat de nieuwe leveranciers websites die ontwikkeld zijn door een derde partij, indien gewenst, in beheer nemen.
