Description

L'opération se situe au sein de la Zac Lyon Confluence au sein de l'îlot D3, la Métropole de Lyon a désigné Lyon Métropole Habitat et lui a confié la maitrise d'ouvrage directe du programme de logements locatifs sociaux du lot D3.3.
a titre indicatif l'opération en R+9 comprendra environ 3150m²Sdp de logements locatifs sociaux et 250m²Su de locaux commerciaux . Le nombre de place en sous sol sera à optimiser.
l'opération bénéficiera de labels et certifications environnementales et devra être conforme au référentiel Grand Lyon Habitat Durable.

enveloppe financière prévisionnel affectée aux travaux : 5 590 000,00 EUR HT
