— Reference P6430-lot 1: supply of injectable, refunded form of ondansetron 4 mg – 8 mg to the hospital pharmacy,
— Reference P6431-lot 2: supply of injectable Palonosetron 250 microgram/5 ml to the hospital pharmacy,
— Reference P6432-lot 3: supply of film-coated tablets ondansetron 4 mg and 8 mg to the hospital pharmacy.
Reasons for derogations (Article 9 of the 14.1.2013 RD). The list of provisions from which this adoption derogates from the above mentioned applicable legislation is set out below.
(1) Article 116 et seq. of the 14.1.2013 Royal Decree – delivery deadline/fines.
In view of the fact that the supply of supplies to the contracting authority is essential, an immediate penalty of 10 % of the quantity of medicinal products called for will be applied in the event that the successful tenderer is unable to supply within the time limit laid down, irrespective of the possibility [...] (see contract documents).
