Description

The district of Darmstadt-Dieburg is planning to extend the three-stage Tannenberg primary school in the municipality of Seeheim-Jugenheim by another train due to the increasing number of pupils. The school consists of a main building built in 1972, a two-storey installation (1991), 2 coaching containers (2009) and a container facility as Mensa (2011). As the main building is highly rehabilitated, it is to be replaced by a new wood module building with approx. 6 700 m² BGF on the same plot (approx. 16 000 m²).
The purpose of this procurement procedure is to find a master planner who can provide the necessary planning services in a timely manner (see II.2.4).
