Delivery of a new linkspan for Ro-Ro operations in the port of Zeebrugge
The Port of Antwerp Bruges wishes to make available a new link pair for roll-on/roll-off operations in the port of Zeebrugge. The purpose of this contract is to design, manufacture, transport, test and commission a link-span and to maintain it afterwards. The link span will be at least a single-deck link span with welded bridge and pontoon, a two-lane bridge with footpath and a guidance along a guide post. The safe working load (SWL) of the link loader is at least 220 tonnes. The link span is suitable for loading and unloading the largest ro-ro ships, type G-9 or equivalent. The link span is located in a port with tides. The bridge rests on the land side on a head of land.
