Description

La ville a engagé un programme de restauration de l'ancienne buvette Cachat, chef d'œuvre de l'art nouveau, inaugurée en 1905 et inscrite au titre des monuments historiques le 21.4.1986. La présente tranche de travaux concerne:
— restauration des façades maçonnées;
— restauration des menuiseries bois et métal compris remplacement des menuiseries modifiées;
— restauration de la charpente et de l'ossature bois;
— restauration des parois et habillages bois du niveau supérieur (intérieur et extérieur);
— restauration des couvertures avec restitution des dispositions originales disparues;
— restitution des éléments décoratifs disparus (consoles sur les façades maçonnées et balustrades de toiture sur le corps principal de bâtiment et le petit promenoir);
— relance des lots nº 2 avec modification et 3 avec nouvelle décomposition (lots nº 3, 7 et 8) infructueux lors des précédentes consultations.
