Nærværende profylaksebekendtgørelse har til hensigt at oplyse om Ribe Domsogns Menighedsråds (Ordregiver) forventede direkte tildeling af kontrakt vedrørende indkøb af ydelser om konservering af en række malerier i Ribe Domkirke til en økonomisk værdi af DKK 1.061.293 eks. moms, som led i en større opgave om håndteringen af en række kunst- og historiske artefakter og inventar, idet værdien af kontrakten er mindre end tærskelværdien for indgåelse af kontrakter om sociale og andre specifikke tjenesteydelser efter udbudslovens afsnit III, jf. udbudslovens § 7.
