Specifically, the subject-matter of the contract is: 1) provision of regular annual (12-month) support for already operated (existing) VEMA applications, 2) provision of flexible licenses allowing dynamically increasing or decreasing the number of existing licenses beyond the already purchased permanent licenses of the VEMA application according to the current requirements of the contracting authority, - the number of currently used flexible licenses can be changed every month, - the maximum monthly number of flexible licenses is 400 pieces, 3) provision of annual processing of remuneration in the application of the Ministry of Health for the performance of public functions to members of advisory bodies (Expert Panels and Expert Body of Evaluators), who are awarded remuneration on the basis of a government decision, the amount of which is set by the President of the Research, Development and Innovation Council. The proposal for the remuneration of the individual members of the Expert Panels is based on the active participation of the members in the work of the advisory body. Pursuant to Section 35(8) of Act No 130/2002 on support for research, experimental development and innovation from public funds and amending certain related acts (the Act on support for research, experimental development and innovation), as amended, membership of the Council’s expert and advisory bodies does not establish an employment relationship with the Czech Republic. Processing will take place for evaluators once a year in the range of a maximum of 1200 processed personal numbers. 4) delivery, implementation, licensing and support of new applications to the VEMA personnel and payroll information system already used by the contracting authority (The list of required new VEMA applications is set out in Annex 2 to the draft contract – Newly provided VEMA applications, which forms Annex C to this tender documentation), for each new application will be delivered: (a)700 perpetual licenses for these new VEMA applications, including support; (b)maximum 400 flexible licenses to dynamically increase or decrease the number of currently used licenses in addition to the already purchased perpetual licenses of the VEMA application. - the licences granted (permanent and monthly flexible licences) include the right to exercise the right to use VEMA applications by the contracting authority to the same extent as the existing licences, 5) the provision of operational consultations - technical support for VEMA applications in a guaranteed response time to user suggestions or requests in order to ensure the normal functioning of VEMA applications (hereinafter referred to as "requirements") related to the use of applications, - the consultations are provided in the scope of 16 hours per month (unused hours are transferred to the next month), - the application and system services provided to the user in dealing with the user's requirements for the operation of VEMA applications can be provided via remote access, 6) continuous training of the staff of the Department of Personnel on the basis of changes in legislation and used VEMA applications, and any initial (introductory) training of new staff of the Department of Personnel. 7) Services outside the scope of providing service support: - design of product functions, development of the system at the user (e.g. connection to the client's IS used), products outside the scope of providing service support, writing or revision of own code, - delivery of integration of VEMA IS to the Central Office's management dashboard, including provision of all described functions, testing and subsequent support after deployment into production operations (specifications in Annex G to the ZD).
