The Legal Register Centre has started preparations for the competitive tendering of the survey tool. The purpose of this pre-notification is to identify suppliers interested in providing SaaS services in the survey tool and to provide the contracting entity with the opportunity to engage in market dialogue with suppliers interested in tendering. Through market dialogue, the contracting entity seeks to map the views of market participants so that the material, solutions to be chosen and requirements presented in the future tendering process correspond to the supply available on the market, expertise and other general conditions. Participation If your company is interested in the upcoming competitive tendering and you would like to participate in the market prospection of the competitive tendering of the survey tool, please notify us of your interest to ork_hankinnat@om.fi by 03.08.2025. The registration does not bind the supplier to participate in subsequent discussions concerning the market dialogue, and the registration has no effect on participation in the upcoming competitive tendering process. Participation in the market dialogue shall not be remunerated. The procuring entity will contact suppliers that have expressed their interest no later than August-September 2025.
