Description

According to the enclosed documents, the Naantali City Facility requests your tender for the Kalevanniemi campus plumbing contract for the new construction and renovation of parts A1 and A2, to the address Opintie 2, 21100 Naantali. The form of the contract is a shared contract. The contractor for civil engineering works acts as the main contractor and as the main contractor within the meaning of the legislation. Plumbing, sprinkler, ventilation, building automation and electrical works are carried out as subordinated side contracts for the main contract. The works are carried out in accordance with the YSE 98 with a few exceptions, these exceptions are set out in the work programme and calculation documents. There is a school building in operation around the construction site and a C-building project is underway in the immediate vicinity.
