Description

The principle objective of the tender is to appoint a surveying firm to undertake an SHQS and EESSH compliant survey to target future investment and to update our stock condition information. ACHA own over 5100 properties through out Argyll and Bute and require a 10 % condition survey and detailed analysis of investment needs.
