Description

El objeto del contrato es la adquisiciĆ³n de Cheques Restaurante Papel y/o Tarjeta Cheque Restaurante para intercambiarse por almuerzos o cenas ya sea en establecimientos de hostelerĆ­a dentro del territorio nacional. Se hace necesaria la contrataciĆ³n de los cheques comida dado que INCIBE reconoce a sus empleados la ayuda de comida en los contratos de trabajo dentro del concepto de beneficios de acciĆ³n social. En concreto se reconoce a los trabajadores la percepciĆ³n de los vales de ayuda de comida que la sociedad establezca con carĆ”cter general, de conformidad con las normas que al efecto se establezcan por INCIBE y de acuerdo con la normativa reguladora de dichos vales. Este beneficio social ha pasado a ser reconocido y garantizado vĆ­a negociaciĆ³n colectiva, por lo que se hace necesaria su contrataciĆ³n.
