Zadávací řízení je realizováno za účelem uzavření smlouvy mezi zadavatelem a vybraným dodavatelem, jejímž předmětem je zajištění služeb fyzické ostrahy, recepčních služeb a služeb ochrany ve vybraných objektech zadavatele. Fyzickou ostrahou je ochrana věcí movitých a nemovitých, prostor či dalších chráněných zájmů zadavatele, včetně ochrany zdraví a života zaměstnanců a klientů zadavatele v domech s pečovatelskou službou (DPS), dozor nad bezpečnostními prvky technické ochrany, hlásiči požáru, hlavními uzávěry médií objektů DPS.
