D-Buxtehude: architectural services for buildings
The purpose of the project is to provide general planning services for the rebuilding and conversion of the Central Emergency Office (ZNA), Interdisciplinary Intensive Station (ITS), Operations-Tract (OP), Intermediate Care (IMC), radiology and the construction of a lift system with an escape staircase to an existing building. These planning services are divided into three construction phases (BA), with parts of the first, second and third phases being put out to tender as a contracting authority option and the awards are subject, inter alia, to the funding commitments. An authorisation notice has already been issued for the first construction phase covering parts of the first construction phase.
The fixed part of the first construction phase includes the completion of the central reception (EC) and the construction of a main building distribution (GHV) general power supply (AV) and a building main distribution security power supply (SV) in one room in the first. UG. The completion of the central photographs and the construction of the main building distributions are covered by the approved amount and must be produced as a matter of priority.
The further measures to be taken under the 1st Sections include the construction of the lift and escape stairwell (construction 1.UG – 4.OG), the restructuring of the OP department with 5 OP rooms (2. Og) and the restructuring of the childbirth department and the creation of a room for intervention for emergency sections (3. OG). The restructuring of the OP department sometimes requires interim solutions. The second BA includes the creation of an interim intensive display in the bay of the bed house, the demolition of the current ‘Intensive Station’ installation, the construction of a new functional building (level-equivalent ITS/IMC connection to OP-Tract in 2. Og and the level positioning of radiology in the EC with the PA). The third BA closes with the establishment of an interdisciplinary day nursery clinic for geriatrics/psychiatry in the first day. Og of the new building function and with the reorganisation of care and extension through cultivation (Bettenhaus) at the eastern end. The documents for the first BA are complete from service phases 1-4 and will be made available for further use at the beginning of the negotiated procedure, pre-qualified candidates in the participating procedure. Og (new/surface construction); Extension of the technical centre in the 3 rd Og and relocation of technology and OP lift; Extension of OP area and new construction OP 5: Conversion of central OPs (new construction OP1+ 2); Conversion of central OPs (new construction OP3+ 4); Conversion of emergency and medical rooms and locks (4. Construction step); Conversion of locks, supplies and connecting floors (5. Construction step); Option 3: Creation of an intervention room for emergency sections with adaptation of the childbirth department in the third ABOVE; Option 4: Interim hosting of ITS and demolition of the existing ITS building in the EC; Recreation of functional radiology and ITS/IMC with 3 idle floors; Option 5: Development of ITS/IMC in the 2nd OG; Option 6: Development of radiology in the EC; Option 7: Creation of an interdisciplinary day-to-day clinic for geriatrics/psychiatry in the 1st Og of functional radiology, ITS/IMC; Option 8: Restructuring of the 1st Og of the existing building functional strata to optimise the functional areas.
