Description
Kristiansand municipality shall procure a 3 axled lorry with a light dumper box - the snow clearing rig, for use by the Engineering department, c/o the Production Department. Kristiansand municipality is concerned with green procurements and which environmental footprint our business leaves behind. The vehicles shall fulfil emissions levels in accordance with Euro 6 and shall be certified for use in the last generation of bio-diesel. Relevant renewable bio-fuel shall fulfil EN-15940 or newer. We are also concerned about any environmental impact other equipment on the vehicles leaves behind, such as noise and odours etc. The evaluation will emphasise climate/environmentally friendly systems.

Description: The total price excluding VAT will be evaluated. Tenderers shall enclose a specified list of prices for vehicles, main components and equipment. The total price shall include all cost elements, including training of operations and maintenance personnel as well as drivers and complete delivery to Kristiansand municipality ́s facility at Dalane in Kristiansand. Point calculations: The tenderer who submits the tender with the lowest price will be awarded an unweightd score of 10. Other tenders will get points relatively to the lowest price according to the following formula: Points = (Lowest offered price/offered price) × 10

Description: Under this criteria, the contracting authority will undertake an overall assessment based on suitability for normal municipal operations. The contracting authority will emphasise, among other things: The tenderer ́s sketch/drawing, including material choices and documentation (enclose an overview). Data and specifications on the chassis and body (enclose an overview). Security functions (enclose an overview). Test drive or demonstration of a comparable vehicle, preferably in the contracting authority ́s area at Dalane. Usability. Visibility when using and driving in traffic. Placement of switches, connections, valves and other equipment. Quality and choice of materials for parts. Performance of vehicles and equipment. The stated elements in the contracting authority ́s total assessment will not necessarily count equally. The tenderer who, after the contracting authority ́s total assessment is assessed as best, will be awarded an unweightd score of 10. Other tenders will be awarded the points relatively to the best tender.

Description: The delivery time is seen as a number of entire months from when the contract is signed to a complete delivery at the stated delivery location. Tenderers shall state a binding delivery time (months and weeks) in the tender letter. Non-binding time estimates will not pay off. The shortest stated binding delivery time will be awarded an unweightd score of 10. Other tenders will be awarded the points relatively to the best tender. Point calculations: Points = (Best offered delivery time / offered delivery time) × 10 Example: Best: 12 months → 10 points Tender A: 13 months → (12 / 13) × 10 ≈ 9.2 points. Tender B: 15 months → (12 / 15) × 10 = 8 points Tender C: 18 months → (12 / 18) × 10 ≈ 6.7 points. If the delivery time is given in weeks/days, it shall be converted to months (1 month = 30 days).
