The goods must be delivered in accordance with the agreed technical and functional characteristics, valid generally binding regulations of the Slovak Republic, technical standards and conditions required by the contracting authority. The tenderer is obliged to deliver the goods within the period within which no more than 1/3 of the period of consumption indicated on the delivered goods or on the delivery note has elapsed. The goods must not show signs of violation of packaging, moisture, there must be no impurities and must comply with all regulations corresponding to the Codex Alimentarius and in accordance with Act No. 152/1995 Coll. on foodstuffs, as amended, the relevant implementing regulations to this Act and other binding regulations.
