The goods must be delivered in accordance with the agreed technical and functional characteristics, valid generally binding regulations of the Slovak Republic, technical standards and conditions required by the contracting authority. The tenderer is obliged to deliver the goods within the period within which no more than 1/3 of the period of consumption indicated on the delivered goods or on the delivery note has elapsed.
