Implementation of services for the needs of organizing a meeting with key Domain Partners in Wieliczka
1. The subject of the contract is: - provision of comprehensive hotel services, - organisation of a gala dinner in the hotel, - provision of restaurant services (coffee break and lunch) in the chambers of the Wieliczka Salt Mine for participants of the accompanying event taking place in the Wieliczka Salt Mine on 20.11.2025. Location of the hotel: in the immediate vicinity of the Wieliczka Salt Mine (preferably walking distance to the mine: up to 1 km). We allow the possibility of accommodation of participants in two hotels located in the vicinity of the mine (up to 1 km) of the same standard. Number of participants: up to 70 persons, provided that the final number of participants is communicated to the Contractor not later than 5 calendar days before the start of the accompanying event. At the same time, the Ordering Party guarantees a minimum number, i.e.: 50 participants. 2. The date of completion of the subject-matter of the contract – 20-21.11.2025. The subject-matter of the contract will be implemented within the deadlines resulting from the contract and the SOPZ. The completion of the Subject of the Agreement will take place within 7 days from the end of the Meeting, subject to § 11 sec. 3 point 3 of the model Agreement. 3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: ‘SOPZ’) is set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ. 4. The contracting authority does not allow negotiations to be conducted in order to improve the content of tenders submitted in response to the contract notice. 5. Method of evaluation of tenders: When selecting the most advantageous tender from among the non-rejectionable tenders submitted in response to the contract notice, the contracting authority will be guided by the tender evaluation criterion ‘gross price of the tender’ and its meaning and will evaluate tenders under that criterion. The Ordering Party shall award the contract to the Contractor whose Offer will obtain the highest number of points. 6. Pursuant to Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, as amended by Regulation 2022/57, hereinafter referred to as ‘Regulation 833/2014’, it is prohibited to award or continue to perform a public contract with subcontractors, suppliers or entities whose capacities are relied on within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU, as referred to in Article 5k of that Regulation, where they represent more than 10% of the contract value.
