The subject-matter of this tendering procedure is the supply of a medicinal product, hereinafter referred to as ‘goods’, in accordance with the type of assortment and the quantities set out in the ‘Assortment and Price Form’ in Annex 2 to the CVT and in accordance with the ‘Tender Form’ in Annex 1 to the CVT.
