La présente consultation vise à passer un marché de missions de gestions administratives et techniques des souscriptions et des sinistres concernant les marchés de Paris Habitat, couvrant les garanties : « Tous Risques Chantier »,« Dommages Ouvrage », « Constructeurs Non Réalisateurs » et « Contrat Collectif de Responsabilité Décennale ». Le marché objet de la présente consultation ne fait l'objet d'aucun allotissement. Les prestations ne peuvent être alloties compte tenu du fait que l'objet du marché ne permet pas l'identification de prestations distinctes. En effet, la mission de courtage porte sur l'ensemble des souscriptions de Paris Habitat en matière d'assurance construction sans distinction possible en raison d'un critère lié à la garantie souscrite ou à l'identification géographique du chantier
