The subject of this contract is the selection of a contractor for carrying out construction supervision during the execution of construction works on a site: “Energy efficiency, overhaul and refurbishment the adjacent space of NU”St. St. Cyril and Methodius" in UPI I, sq. 73 under the PUP town of Topolovgrad, Haskovo region.’ This public procurement is subject to SERVICES and, in accordance with Article 20(1)(1)(b) in conjunction with Article 73(1) and Article 74 and Article 99 et seq. of the Public Procurement Act, will be awarded through an open procedure for the designation of a public procurement contractor. Wherever it is recorded in these documents “Public Procurement” and/or “Order” and/or “Procedure”, should be interpreted as a public contract awarded under the Public Procurement Act and to be awarded through an open procedure within the meaning of the Public Procurement Act.
