Description

Description and order of scale of the works:
The aim of this operation is to bring together the primary schools in Blotzheim on a single site of approximately 45 ares, i.e. a total of 13 classes.
The existing ‘Schweitzer’ building, with a total of 840 m² on 4 levels, will be kept and completely restructured, a new extension will be added to the north and will cover 2 levels 1 200 m² of areas created, i.e. a total of 1 940 m² for the operation, in order to allow for the functional reorganisation to accommodate these 13 classes and associated rooms.
The project will comply with the new thermal regulation 2012 (RT2012).
Provisional estimate of the works: EUR 2 690 000 excluding tax (value 10/2011).
The task which will be entrusted to the supervisor carrying out the contract is a basic task in accordance with the Decree of 29.11.1993 (MOP Law) extended to executive and synthesis tasks.
The supervisor will also be entrusted with the following additional tasks: site authorisation, coordination and steering (OPC), fire safety system coordination (SSI), and RT2012 monitoring/compliance.
