Description

The subject of this call for tenders is ‘Establishment of an integrated system to ensure the safety and control of the employees of the CITY MOBILITY CENTER EAD’. The scope of the contract includes the following activities: - Activity 1 - Supply of equipment and platform for management to the address of the Contracting Authority in the city of Sofia, as follows: - Body camera - 300 pcs. - Docking station - 12 pcs. - Disk array - 1 pcs. - Servers for management platform - Main server 1 pcs. and subordinate server 1 pcs. - Network switch - 3 pcs. - Management platform - 1 pcs. Activity 2 - Establishment of an integrated system to ensure the safety and control of the employees of Urban Mobility Centre EAD. The system construction activity includes the implementation of the following sub-activities: Sub-activity 1 - Setting of body cameras; Sub-activity 2 - Commissioning and initial set-up of docking stations; Subactivity 3 - Connecting and setting up a main and subordinate server; Subactivity 4- Installation and setting up of a management platform; Sub-activity 5 Creation of employee accounts, including the introduction of a way of authorization to access the cameras; Subactivity 6 - Connecting and tuning a disk array; Subactivity 7 - Connecting and setting up network switches; Sub-activity 8 - System tests and commissioning; Activity 3 - Training of 6 system administrators by the Assignor; Activity 4 - Warranty maintenance of the equipment.
