Description

4.1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Lubochnia 4.2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) performance/(provision) of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated and received directly from real estate on which residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Lubochnia; 2) equipping the above-mentioned property with containers and bags for the collection of municipal waste, for the duration of the contract. 3) Collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK located in the Sewage Treatment Plant at ul. Behind Water 1A, Lubochnia Dworska and equipping it with containers and containers; 4. achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparing for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill in accordance with: a. Articles 3aa to 3c of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, b. the Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste , c. the Regulation of the Minister for the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limitation of landfilling of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste and applicable acts of local law; 4.3. A detailed scope of services (Description of the Subject of the Order) is included in Appendix No. 1 to the FTZ. The referenced numbering is based on the numbering adopted from the FTZ
