Description

The project management contract concerns the design and monitoring of the works for the deconstruction operation and the reconstruction of a geriatric hospital building. The proportion of the financial envelope allocated to the works is set at: EUR 19.5 million (excluding tax) for the reconstruction of a geriatric hospital building, EUR 4 million (excluding tax) in optional tranche 1 for external fitting-out and demolition of the current building. Basic assignment, within the meaning of Decree No 9361268 of 29/11/1993 and the Order of 21/12/1993 entrusted to the successful candidate of the competition, will cover the services described in Article 3.2 of the Rules of Procedure (main + additional tasks). The contract shall be carried out in phases (elements of mission) within the meaning of Article 20 of the CCW.
