Description

Die Stadt Ronnenberg plant einen Ersatzneubau der Grundschule "Regenbogen" mit einer Zwei-Feld-Turnhalle im Stadtteil Weetzen. Die Planungsleistungen der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung AG 1-3, 7+8 gem. § 55 HOAI, LPH 1-9 sowie Besondere Leistungen gem. Anlage 15 HOAI sind zu erbringen. Zu dem Projekt wurde ein Architektenwettbewerb als nichtoffener einphasiger Wettbewerb für eine Gebäudeplanung im anonymen Verfahren innerhalb eines VgV-Verfahrens als RPW-Verfahren durchgeführt (§ 3 (3) RPW). Die Planunterlagen des Entwurfsverfassers des 1.Preises - welche die Grundlage der weiteren Planung bilden - sind den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügt.
