Description

The city of Ronnenberg is planning a replacement of the primary school "Rainbow" with a two-field gymnasium in the Weetzen district. The planning services of Fachplanung Technische Geräte AG 1-3, 7+8 according to § 55 HOAI, LPH 1-9 as well as special services according to Annex 15 HOAI are to be provided. For the project, an architects' competition was held as a non-open single-phase competition for building planning in an anonymous procedure within a VgV procedure as an RPW procedure (§ 3(3) RPW). The planning documents of the draftsman of the 1st prize - which form the basis of the further planning - are attached to the award documents.
