Conversion and extension - The concert hall "The Bell" - Planning Construction Logistics
The concert hall "Die Glocke" is one of the most important concert halls in Europe and is internationally appreciated for its outstanding acoustics. In order to meet the current and future building law, functional and monument preservation requirements and to ensure the high quality of the building in the long term, a comprehensive structural development is required. The plans are currently in the finalization of the performance phase 2. The object of the task is the planning of the construction site logistics for the project "Reconstruction and Extension - The Concert Hall "Die Glocke"" in Bremen, including the development of the planning, technical and organizational foundations for an orderly, secure logistics. According to current plans, the construction project is to be completed by 2030. The redesign bell is carried out as a BIM project.
