Description

The contract shall be carried out by means of an open tender procedure. The subject-matter of the contract is the design and execution of construction works for the project entitled ‘Comprehensive solution of the sludge management system at the Mińsk Mazowieckie waste water treatment plant’ carried out under the project entitled ‘Creation of an innovative sludge management and water treatment system for the needs of the Mińsk Mazowiecki agglomeration’. The project is co-financed by the European Union under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020;Priority axis II – Environmental protection, including adaptation to climate change, measure 2.3. Water and wastewater management in agglomerations. The Contract will be carried out in accordance with the Contract Terms and Conditions for Equipment and Design and Construction for electrical and mechanical devices and civil and construction works designed by the Contractor-FIDIC ‘Yellow’, English-Polish edition 2008 (translation of the 1st edition 1999) The Contracting Authority conducted a technical dialogue.
