Description

The subject of this invitation to tender is the supply and installation of ventilation systems in Dormagen. More specifically, it is about the delivery and installation of 3 ventilation units in the new building as well as the construction of the associated distribution network from the roof to the basement. In addition, the air intake concept is to be implemented via ventilation ceilings and outlets, a kitchen ventilation system is to be installed and decentralised ventilation units in the old building are to be supplied and installed for classroom ventilation. Background: Due to the increased need for care for all-day students, the city of Dormagen intends to expand the St. Nikolaus School in Stürzelberg by adding a two-storey extension to the OGS building as well as by renovating the existing OGS building and making it more sustainable. In addition, a new sports hall will be built and the schoolyard, including the necessary canal renovations, will be redesigned. For the implementation, the existing sports hall must first be dismantled. The aim of the city of Dormagen is to optimise the construction project economically and to implement it with maximum cost and punctuality. The implementation on site is carried out in stages.
