Germany-Munich: Construction project management services
Project management service for the construction of two residential buildings (based on the green code No 2016) with underground car park in the Bogenhausen district, Munich
The area of the former Prince-Eugen-Kaserne in Munich-Bogenhausen, which is about 30 ha, is expected to create a new city quarter with some 1800 flats and infrastructure to supply the area. The basis for implementation is the urban development plan with Green Code No 2016.
GEWOFAG Housing will build on 6 of the 16 general residential areas of the new City Quarter, housing and infrastructure.
The present engineering contract covers WA7 and WA11 West.
In these two construction areas, housing, social infrastructure and business are to be built up with approximately 15 000 m² of floor space (GF) for a broad tenant structure:
Rental housing in different funding models with a total of approximately 12 950 m² of GF:
— EOF (income-oriented support) 2 600 m² GF,
— EOF – Project dwellings “Housing in a quarter” 700 m² GF,
— MMM (Munich Miete model) 4 500 m² GF,
— Kompro/B (Communaous Housing Promotion Programme – B) 2 550 m² GF,
— KMB (and conceptual rental housing) 1 650 m² GF,
— KMB – 2 assisted residential groups (Pfennigparade) 950 m² GF.
