Description

Ausschreibungsgegenstand ist ein Rahmenvertrag über die Erbringung von Entwicklungs-, Liefer- und Dienstleistungen für ein Vergabemanagementsystem. Ziel ist der Einsatz eines VMS Bund anhand von in der Bundesverwaltung aufgestellten spezifischen Anforderungen. Nach einer Implementierungsphase und Einführung im Pilotbetrieb sollen Lizenzen des Endproduktes aus diesem Rahmenvertrag zur digitalen Bearbeitung von Vergabeverfahren abgerufen werden. Weiter umfasst das Angebot unterstützende Dienstleistungen für die Einführung, den Betrieb des VMS und ggf. die Ablösung der Altsysteme sowie eine Pflege des Systems über den gesamten Zeitraum der Rahmenvereinbarung.
