Description

1. The subject-matter of the public contract is the successive supply of a vaccine combined against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polyomyelitis and Haernophilus influenzae type B, containing three pertussis antigens (Infanrix IPV+HIB) to the Karol Jonscher Municipal Medical Centre in Łódź. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the terms of delivery are set out respectively in Annexes 2 and 4 to the invitation.
