The subject of the procurement is the procurement of demanding institutional care and special care for foster care. PROJECT PROCEDURE CONCERNED AND NO PROJECTION AGREEMENTS HAVE BEEN CONCERNED BY REFERENCE TO THIS NOTICE. A new contract notice has been published. Demanding institutional care in child welfare care refers to intensified care of placed children based on special expertise, which must comply with the Child Welfare Act (417/2007), the Social Welfare Act (1301/2014) and the Act on Private Social Services (922/2011). The care must be safe and of such quality that the child's needs can be met and the goals set for foster care can be achieved. Special care means comprehensive care, education and care, as well as individual special education for adolescents aged 12 and over whose activities particularly seriously endanger their life, health or development. Special care is multi-professional care and care. The institution providing special care shall have at its disposal adequate educational, social, psychological and medical expertise. The procurement of demanding institutional care services for child welfare substitute care will be carried out as a joint procurement of the Central Finland Welfare Area and the North Savo Welfare Area. Only the Central Finland Welfare Area participates in the procurement of special care services. In addition to the above-mentioned services, other services may also be acquired within the supplier register. This is a request to participate in a procurement, in which market operators wishing to participate in competitive tendering must submit a request to participate on the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal. All market participants meeting the suitability and minimum requirements of the invitation to participate will be selected for inclusion in the supplier register. A procuring entity publishes invitations to tender for which only a tenderer admitted to the supplier register may submit a tender. Market participants may submit a request to participate at any time during the period of validity of the supplier register, thus enabling them to participate in the next competitive tendering procedure for the supplier register. The dynamic procurement procedure shall end no later than 29.2.2032, in which case the contracts shall also end no later than 29.2.2032.
