Description

After cleaning and removing asbestos from the building as part of a separate preliminary works contract, the EX Direction Régionale will be rehabilitating its interior spaces to create tertiary premises dedicated to SNCF’s internal activities. These spaces will partially accommodate SNCF entities relocated from the Plateau des Abeilles as part of the LNPCA project (SUGE, TGV, ABE). A new access to the forecourt of the bus station will be created to allow staff to be accommodated in accordance with safety rules. The aim of the project is to revitalise the building through deep thermal rehabilitation and overall technical compliance. This approach aims to reintegrate the building into the capable spaces of the station, in order to accommodate employees and the activities necessary for railway operation. Approximately 10,000 m2 of floor area will be rehabilitated.
