Description

The acquisition concerns the provision of security subscriptions, updates, signatures and videoconferencing. The contractor will ensure the configuration, installation and commissioning of the products, making all necessary adjustments for optimal performance. It will also carry out functional tests, train designated staff and provide support material. For the duration of the contract and warranty, it will provide free technical support for installation and operation. Thus, the aim of this procurement is to obtain the following deliverables: • Security subscriptions/updates/signatures/videoconferences; Timeline of clarifications: Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders: 21 days NOTE: According to Article 161 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, in so far as clarifications are requested in good time, the contracting authority’s reply to those requests will be published in SEAP at the latest on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders (see the deadlines in the contract notice published in SEAP). The consolidated reply to the clarifications submitted by the economic operators will be published in S.E.A.P. at www.e-licitatie.ro, without revealing the identity of the person who requested the clarifications.
