Description

The Diversity Policy Service wishes to make use of one or more service provider(s) of specialised job coaching for persons with disabilities and/or chronic illnesses in entities of the Flemish government (one contractor per lot, see below), as well as group coaching/sensitisation. The job coaching must be offered continuously on demand and tailor-made according to the demand and / or need. It can cover both the support of the staff member with a disability (or chronic illness) when applying for a recognition certificate, support during employment (focusing on supporting the entity) as well as job coaching for persons with disabilities (including chronic illness) applying. In addition, a service provider may be used under this framework agreement for group coaching/sensitisation for the working environment of staff with disabilities (or chronic illness).
