1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of uniforms and equipment in the years 2025-2026 - Field T-shirt in accordance with WDTT Model 304A/MON 2. The requirements, quantities and detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject-matter of the contract and Annex 1A - Technical Specification - Military Technical and Technological Documentation (WDTT) for Task 1, 2, i.e.: forming an integral part of Annex 1 to the CVT, which the Contracting Authority will forward to the Contractors invited to submit tenders who meet the conditions set out in the notice. 3. The contracting authority shall provide for the right of option in the procedure in question. Within the framework of this contract, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option, to the extent not greater than indicated in Appendix 2 to the contract. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option repeatedly, until the maximum quantity specified in Annex 2 of the contract is exhausted, but not later than by 31 August of the calendar year in which the optional order is to be performed. The exercise of the option right by the Ordering Party after the above-mentioned date requires the written consent of the Contractor. The exercise of the option right by the Ordering Party will be triggered by sending an appropriate letter to the Contractor. The Contractor shall not be entitled to claim any optional deliveries from the Ordering Party. The deadline for performance of the contract under optional contracts launched in the years 2025-2026 is set at 120 days from the date of sending the relevant letter to the Contractor referred to in § 1 sec. 10 and mouth. 11 contracts, but no later than: - November 28, 2025, - November 30, 2026, whichever of the above-mentioned dates expires earlier. 4. The basic order in 2025 should be completed within 120 days from the date of conclusion of the contract and up to 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract (in accordance with the quantities specified in Annex 3 to the Agreement), but not later than by 28 November 2025, depending on which of the above-mentioned dates expires earlier. The deadline for performance of the contract under the basic contract in 2026 shall be set at 150 days from the date of sending to the Contractor the relevant letter referred to in § 1 sec. 7 of the Agreement, but no later than 30 November 2026, whichever is the earlier. 5. In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in the WDTT relevant to the given task, it is required that the Contractor applying for the award of this contract, together with the tender, submit the following means of proof: - a current certificate issued by the Commander of the Military Research and Implementation Centre of the Uniformed Service in Łódź (WOBWSM) on the compliance of the company's formula x with the applicable Military Technical and Technological Documentation WDTT 304A/MON and the model for serial production for a field shirt with the date of issue later than the date of approval of the WDTT or the date of the last change card affecting the model of the object. In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the award of a contract (including a consortium), each of the Contractors producing the complete product subject to this procedure must submit a document with the tender.
