1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of uniforms and equipment in the years 2025-2026 - Field T-shirt in accordance with WDTT Model 304A/MON 2. The exercise of the option right by the Ordering Party after the above-mentioned date requires the written consent of the Contractor. The exercise of the option right by the Ordering Party will be triggered by sending an appropriate letter to the Contractor. The Contractor shall not be entitled to claim any optional deliveries from the Ordering Party. In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in the WDTT relevant to the given task, it is required that the Contractor applying for the award of this contract, together with the tender, submit the following means of proof: - a current certificate issued by the Commander of the Military Research and Implementation Centre of the Uniformed Service in Łódź (WOBWSM) on the compliance of the company's formula x with the applicable Military Technical and Technological Documentation WDTT 304A/MON and the model for serial production for a field shirt with the date of issue later than the date of approval of the WDTT or the date of the last change card affecting the model of the object.
