Description

1. The subject of the contract is to carry out systematic inspection of lighting installations in order to ensure their proper technical condition, proper and in accordance with the intended use, rational and economical use of electricity, safety of operation and environment and preservation of environmental protection requirements. 2. Location of damage in lighting installations and their repair. Under this obligation, the contractor is obliged to: a. elimination of health hazards or property resulting from random damage to lighting devices (e.g. broken, inclined or broken pole, broken boom, dangling lampshade or the whole luminaire, broken or stolen luminaire, torn doors of the pole cavity or network sharing box, devastated pole cavity, open or broken lighting cabinet, etc.) within a maximum of 3 hours from the moment of notification of the hazard, b. bringing the damaged devices to the correct technical condition - within a maximum of 3 days from the moment of notification c. replacement of damaged elements of the power and control system; d. repair or replacement of sections of damaged lighting cables. e. repair of broken wires; f. replacement of defective fuses, light sources, luminaires, choke holders and capacitors; g. replacement or repair of defective luminaires; h. securing damaged or broken poles until the Ordering Party orders their replacement; i. replacement of damaged booms, doors (provisional protection of open cavities is allowed); j. elimination of failures in road lighting devices. 3. Replacement of light sources in the event of damage to the source or reduction of lighting parameters on the road in relation to the requirements of the standard. 4. Pavement repair after completed repair works.. 5. Maintenance of switchgear and lighting poles in proper technical condition. 6. Immediate notification of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. ENESTA Sp. z o.o. ambulance in order to quickly remove the failure of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. devices supplying lighting covered by the service provided. 7. Notification to the Ordering Party in the case of undertaking works requiring the activation of lighting outside the established lighting program. 8. Provision of own transport for city tours, in order to carry out at any time control of the implementation of the provisions of the contract. 9. Receiving telephone notifications of failures on each day of the contract. 10. Removal of reported defects related to the operation of individual light points within a maximum of 3 days from the moment of reporting. 11. Cooperation with the Police in the field of removing lighting failures and applying for compensation from the insurer. 12. For the period of maintenance and maintenance, the Contractor shall conclude appropriate agreements with the distribution network operator concerning cooperation in the operation of street lighting and shall bear all related costs. 13. The contractor will ensure the aesthetic appearance of the devices, i.e.: a. clean lampshades and reflectors, closed pole recesses and power cabinets, b. in the case of reproducing devices, a uniform type of booms, luminaires, poles and light sources within a specified range of lanterns, unless the geometry of the road requires otherwise, c. systematic removal from lanterns, lighting cabinets of items not constituting their necessary equipment, such as in particular: posters, advertisements, illegal advertisements and signboards, clamps, handles (not applicable to flag holders), cords, cords, etc., d. non-corrosive metal parts of appliances. 14. From the declared time of repair of street lighting will require the Contractor to carry out the following actions to bring the damaged devices to the correct technical condition, i.e. in particular: a. Replacement of damaged power and control system components; b. repair or replacement of sections of damaged lighting cables. c. repair of broken wires; d. replacement of defective fuses, light sources, luminaires, choke holders and capacitors; e. replacement or repair of defective luminaires; f. replacement of damaged or broken poles g. replacement of damaged booms, doors (provisional protection of open cavities for the time of delivery of new ones is allowed); h. elimination of failures in road lighting devices. 15. A detailed list of luminaires subject to maintenance and maintenance is set out in Annex 13 (street lighting list). 16. Summary of work related to the maintenance of light-signalling devices: a) Ongoing maintenance and maintenance of existing traffic lights and active passageways, i.e.: ⁇ Systematic cleaning of lenses on beacons – once a quarter; ⁇ Maintenance of beacon mountings with boom - once every 6 months; ⁇ Systematic cleaning of signal chambers - once a quarter; ⁇ Maintenance of control systems – once a quarter; ⁇ Maintenance of beacons – once a quarter; ⁇ Checking the correct operation of detectors / radar detectors, video detection - 1 time a month. b) 24-hour supervision over the smooth functioning of light and sound signals, including immediate removal of defects and failures occurring during the inspection and reported by the Ordering Party, or state uniformed formations up to 6 hours; c) Inspections of ducts, manholes, cable installations, power, accommodating, signalling and control systems, including all measurements of installations and devices provided for in regulations and instructions; d) The Contractor shall be obliged to set up and keep a log of the operation of the signalling for each signalling separately and to make entries regarding breaks in work, their causes, the duration of repairs, any changes in the software and maintenance activities carried out. The Contractor is also obliged to carry out signalling detours, confirming this each time with an appropriate Entry in the appropriate logbook.
