In the framework of its presence in Afghanistan, the European Union plans to conclude a contract for the provision, preparatory works and installation of a power plant consisting of stationary diesel generators, transformer, and stabilisers with auxiliary installations to ensure that the offices and housing accommodation receive stable electrical power.
