France-Angers: Bridge-design services
Design and follow-up of the construction of a new pedestrian walkway approximately 5 m wide and 100 m long passing through a railway beam at Angers station. The works will be built in an environment that is constrained in particular from the point of view of uninterrupted or very occasional rail operation.
As a key element of the “Pôle gare” project, the new footbridge will structure and federate the northern and southern part of the project by opening the new district on the station and city centre. The walkway must meet, in particular, the accessibility needs of PRMs (persons with reduced mobility), route logic and urban identity and the needs of the station (3 platforms) for accessibility.
The supervisor will also be entrusted with the deconstruction of the old bridge.
The tasks entrusted to the supervisor will be after the assistance: development of the sketch (Esq +) Preliminary Project (AVP), Project (Pro), Assistance with the award of works contracts (ACT), review of compliance with the project and approval of company implementation studies (Visa), Directorate for Works Implementation (DET), Assistance with Reception Operations (AOR) and authorisation, steering and coordination (OPC). At this stage, the estimated allocation for works is EUR 5 000 000 excluding tax (May 2014 value).
