1) The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: ‘Receipt and management of municipal waste in the municipality of Orły for the years 2025-2026’, the contract being divided into the following lots: a) part 1 – collection and management of municipal waste directly from owners of residential properties located in the municipality of Orły, which consists in the collection and management of municipal waste in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods of certain fractions of waste and levels of reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of law; municipal waste collected selectively as well as mixed waste generated in households is collected and managed; b) part 2 - collection and management of municipal waste from organizational units and public facilities and places; c) part 3 - collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point organization, maintenance and operation of a separate collection point for municipal waste in the Municipality of Orły and collection and management of municipal waste; Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
