Description

Das Deutsche Elektronen-Synchrotron (DESY) ist eine Forschungseinrichtung der Helmholtz-Gemeinschaft mit Standorten in Hamburg und Zeuthen. DESY betreibt naturwissenschaftliche Grundlagenforschung und wird über Fördermittel finanziert. Als Fördermittelempfänger ist DESY bei der Beschaffung an das Vergaberecht gebunden. DESY hat aufgrund bisheriger Systemdefizite zur Implementierung eines neuen workfloworientierten Beschaffungssystems entschieden. Es soll eine externe Lösung beschafft werden, die die Bearbeitung von Beschaffungsvorgängen im SAP/ERP umsetzen kann. Weitere Einzelheiten enthalten die Beschreibung der Beschaffung in dieser EU-Bekanntmachung sowie die Leistungsbeschreibung (Lastenheft), die nach Abschluss des Teilnahmewettbewerbs ausgegeben wird. Das zu beschaffende System muss SAP S/4 Hana fähig sein und wird aktuell in das bestehende SAP/ERP, EHP8 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 implementiert.
