According to Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications/additional information in relation to the Award Documentation is on the 7th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders; B. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, the Contracting Authority is to set one or two deadlines within which it is to respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information. The replies will be uploaded and published, in a consolidated manner, in SEAP, as follows: - deadline is on the 4th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadlines for replying to the clarifications were set in such a way that the economic operators would have an appropriate period for analysing the Award Documentation and, subsequently, for drawing up the tenders in the light of the replies provided by the Contracting Authority.
