Description

The products to be purchased are necessary to increase the safety of their workers and other road users. During the implementation of the Framework Agreement, a minimum of 2 follow-up contracts per year will be concluded. The framework agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator. Lot 1 SDN Pitesti: Value of the smallest subsequent contract : 76,000.00 lei without VAT - consisting of: Cement Concrete C16/20 - 50 mc Cement Concrete C30/37 - 50 mc Casting Concrete Autopump - 10 hours The value of the largest subsequent contract: 600,000.00 lei without VAT consisting of: Cement Concrete C16/20 - 250 mc Cement Concrete C30/37 - 500 mc Casting Concrete Autopumpa - 50 mc Lot 3 SDN Bucharest: Value of the smallest subsequent contract : 38,500.00 lei without VAT - consisting of: Cement Concrete C25/30 - 50 mc Casting Concrete Autopump - 10 hours The value of the largest subsequent contract: 181,250.00 lei without VAT consisting of: Cement Concrete C25/30 - 250 mc Casting Concrete Autopump - 25 hours Lot 4 SDN Giurgiu: Value of the lowest subsequent contract: 38,500.00 lei without VAT - consisting of: Cement Concrete C25/30 - 50 mc Casting Concrete Autopump - 10 hours The value of the largest subsequent contract: 181,250.00 lei without VAT consisting of: Cement Concrete C25/30 - 250 mc Casting Concrete Autopump - 25 HOURS CONSIDERING THAT IT IS AN OPEN ACCELERATED LICENSE THE TERMS WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: A. According to Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications/additional information in relation to the Award Documentation is on the 7th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders; B. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, the Contracting Authority is to set one or two deadlines within which it is to respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information. The replies will be uploaded and published, in a consolidated manner, in SEAP, as follows: - deadline is on the 4th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadlines for replying to the clarifications were set in such a way that the economic operators would have an appropriate period for analysing the Award Documentation and, subsequently, for drawing up the tenders in the light of the replies provided by the Contracting Authority. C. Any request for clarification submitted after the date referred to in point A will make it impossible for the CA to provide a reply and will therefore be considered as TARDIVA. D. Any request for clarifications must be submitted to SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro).
