Description

Renovation of the specified section of Rózsa u. on the basis of a construction contract. As a condition for concluding a contract with the successful tenderer, the contracting authority shall lay down the following [absence or incomplete fulfilment of any of the conditions at the time of the conclusion of the contract shall constitute a withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract. [pursuant to Article 131(4)]: - Existence of C.A.R.-system property and liability insurance (in the case of liability insurance HUF 100,000,000/year and HUF 50,000,000/event insurance value; property insurance min. the insurance value corresponding to the net entrepreneurial premium calculated without reserve); the professional(s) named under standard M/2 must have, at the time of conclusion of the contract, a valid (or equivalent) entitlement as laid down in the minimum standard of competence in question.
