In performance of each lot of this public procurement, the Contractor shall carry out the following activities in a qualitative and timely manner, in full compliance with the regulations in force and the requirements of the Contracting Authority: Exercising construction supervision during the construction until the acceptance and commissioning of the construction - subject of the contract within the mandatory scope regulated by the Spatial Development Act, the secondary regulations for its implementation and the other relevant normative documents; Carrying out an assessment of the compliance with the basic requirements for the construction works of all parts of the investment project, prepared if necessary by amendments to the approved investment project within the scope of the significant deviations under Article 154(2) of the Spatial Development Act during the construction, for the construction - subject of the contract, in volume and content in accordance with the Spatial Development Act, including an assessment of the compliance and technical control of the structural part in accordance with Article 142(10) of the Spatial Development Act, if necessary, and preparing a comprehensive report on the compliance assessment carried out; Assisting the Assignor in the procedure for coordination and approval of all parts of the investment project, prepared if necessary by amendments to the approved investment project within the scope of the significant deviations under Article 154(2) of the Spatial Development Act during construction, and supplementing the issued Building Permit; Carrying out the functions of a Safety and Health Coordinator in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance № 2 of 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work when carrying out construction and installation works, including the fulfillment of all obligations of the Employer provided for in the said Ordinance; Preparation of a Final Construction Report in accordance with Article 168(6) of the Spatial Development Act and §3 of the Additional Provisions of Ordinance № 2 of 31 July 2003 on the commissioning of construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum guarantee periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites, a Technical Construction Passport in accordance with Article 176a of the Spatial Development Act and Ordinance № 5 of 2006 on technical construction passports and a Report on the implementation of the Construction Waste Management Plan in accordance with Annex № 6 of the Ordinance of 05.12.2017 on the management of construction waste and the incorporation of recycled construction materials; Management of the processes of commissioning of the construction until the issuance of a Permit for use of the construction - subject of the contract; Preparation and submission of Reports and Opinions at the request of the Contracting Authority; Management of the processes for removal of defects in the construction within the warranty periods in accordance with Ordinance № 2 of 31 July 2003 on the commissioning of construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites; Fulfilment of administrative requirements under the applicable legal framework. In addition, in implementation of Lot № 4 of this public procurement, the Contractor shall carry out the qualitative and timely, in full compliance with the current legal framework and the requirements of the Contracting Authority, and the following activities: Carrying out an assessment of the compliance of all parts of the investment project with the basic requirements for construction works - subject of the contract, in volume and content in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act, including conformity assessment and technical control of the constructive part in accordance with Article 142(10) of the Spatial Planning Act, if necessary, and preparing a comprehensive report on the conformity assessment carried out; Assistance of the Assignor in the procedure for coordination and approval of the investment project and issuance of a Building Permit; The contractor of each lot must perform the tasks arising from its obligations as a consultant assessing the compliance of investment projects with the basic requirements for construction works and exercising construction supervision through the certified natural persons indicated in the certified list of the team of certified natural persons through whom the activity is carried out – an integral part of the certificate issued to the contractor for the exercise of the activities under Article 166(1)(1) of the Spatial Development Act.
