Parts of machinery and equipment, for probes
These products are necessary for: Lot 1. Flexible tubing. Flexible tubing is required to equip tubing installations and is used to uneven the wells with nitrogen, to wash sand bridges, to milling operations with bottom motor and in the case of other special operations at gas wells. The two rollers that currently equip the installations have a high degree of wear, have been used in deep wells with high pumping pressures. Lot 2. Spare parts for IC5, TW30, UW30, IP30, TW50 and TW80 installations. It is used to replace defective or worn parts in IC5, TW30, UW30, IP30, TW50 and TW80 intervention installations used in production, overhaul and special operations such as: cementing, milling, tubular manoeuvring, piston operations, packer attachments and other bottom-hole equipment, acidification, washing and drilling advances at natural gas wells. Lot 3. Till hydraulic deflection. Till hydraulic deflection , cementable is used in the borehole (tubed or untubed ) when it is desired to drill diverted from a certain depth to a vertical borehole. Lot 4. Piston device. The need has been identified within the departments of the SIRCOSS branch, according to the proposed objectives regarding the execution of capital repair programs and special interventions at wells. The piston device is used in the unevening operations of the natural gas wells through the piston operation, cleaning the internal gasket of the poles, by removing the drilling fluid and/or the remaining cement milk debris inside it. They allow the gradual unevenness of the fluid column, which exerts a counterpressure on the productive layer, facilitating the gradual and controlled exit of the gas from the exploitation area. Lot 5. Sealing box for hydraulic head. During the interventions, repairs and production samples at the natural gas wells that it performs, SIRCOSS Branch has various drilling/milling equipment and at the well mouth (hydraulic heads) that contain the products described in this specification. The seal box is a subassembly/spare part that is the main wear element of the hydraulic head. The cassette is mounted between the fixed and movable parts of the hydraulic head to prevent pumped drilling mud from entering the body towards the bottom of the well. Operation in very severe regimes, with pressure shocks and with the penetration of slightly acidic mud, sand and probe gas particles that produce pronounced wear and loss of tightness that these products must ensure. In conclusion, the need arose to replace the products found to be defective. Lot 6. Nets for vibrating sieves. The nets are used on King Cobra Venom and Mud Data vibrating sieves for separating and filtering the drilling fluid, which engages the detritus resulting from dislocation by the drilling screed to the surface. They separate the detritus from other mechanical particles in the drilling fluid allowing it to be reused and recirculated without stopping the drilling operation. Any request for clarifications must be submitted to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The EC will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for additional clarification/inf. on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications will be 18 days. At the same time, according to the legal provisions in force, any economic operator has the right to request clarifications on the content of the tender documentation and implicitly on the contractual clauses (which are part of the tender documentation) 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
