Description

Implementation of ENGINEERING (preparation of technical design, implementation of construction and construction works and implementation of author's supervision) on site: ‘Implementation of energy efficiency and renovation measures in the building of the ARPESOS sports hall in the town of Kardzhali’ – Stage 1 ‘Implementation of energy efficiency measures in the building of the ARPESOS sports hall in the city of Kardzhali’. Stage 2 ‘Basic renovation and renewal of the ARPESOS sports hall in the city of Kardzhali’ (after funding for the implementation of the stage has been secured). The activities covered by this contract are as follows: Preparation of an investment project in the ‘Technical project’ phase with scope and content in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT) and Regulation No 4 of 21 May 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, the measures included in the energy efficiency audit and the technical passport of the site, Regulation No RD-02-20-2 of 26 January 2021 laying down the requirements for accessibility and universal design of the elements of the accessible environment in the urbanised territory and of buildings and facilities and other related secondary legislation on the applicable parts, accompanied by detailed quantity-value accounts on the applicable parts; Implementation of the construction and installation works provided for in the prepared and approved investment project, in compliance with the requirements of all current laws, regulations, norms concerning the implementation of sites and works of this nature in the Republic of Bulgaria; The exercise of author's supervision during the execution of construction and installation works (CMP) on the site, in accordance with the requirements of Article 162 of the Spatial Planning Act.
