Description

Lewisham Council seeks to appoint supplier(s) to deliver: PPM, Reactive Repairs and Building Cleaning and Related Services. The services will be tendered in 3 Lots as follows:
Lot 1 — PPM and repairs;
Lot 2 — Building cleaning and related services;
Lot 3 — Combined PPM and related services.
The Council, following evaluation of all 3 Lots, will determine at its sole discretion, whether to award 2 separate contracts, 1 for PPM and Repairs (Lot 1) and 1 for Building cleaning and Related Services (Lot 2), or 1 single contract for the provision of combined PPM, Reactive Repairs and Building Cleaning and Related Services (Lot 3).
Candidates may bid for any or all Lots.
This contract will provide the above services primarily to Lewisham operational estate.
